Refund policy

Certain Products are custom made to order. Please ensure they are the correct colour, variant and or size before ordering. They are not exchangeable or refundable. Certain non custom products may be retuned (at buyers expense) within 14 Days of arrival , but must be in the original condition and will incur a restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping. Refunds/replacements will only be issued If an Item is damaged/lost in Transit, contains a Manufacturing fault/defective or doesn't arrive. Additionally if the product that arrives is not what you ordered it will also be eligible for a refund/replacement.
