While Alice will never cheat on me she she is a bit old, and this pack is 100 percent a step up from her, the newer Molle slots means you can play tactical barbie until the cows come home. I prefer all my living kit on the outside of the pack and now I can. no more 3 large ish pouches and a few long ones with mag pouches that don't hold magazines. Now ive got all the space in the world and more. The divider helps me to keep my sleeping system different from a grab bag. The claymore pouch works prefer for storing a slim 3 liter water batter(like the agilite SAPI 3 liter. and the small molle slots on the top of the pack allow me to store small admin items giving me more room. So all in all, great pack, and defiantly an upgrade over the old girl... I meant the Alice pack...
