Kiwi identity that performs after dark. The Generation III MULTICAM® Kiwi IR Patch is milspec laser-cut from 500D Cordura with full NIR compliance and IR Solas reflectivity — the same construction standard as Strider's NZ IR Flag, in a compact 75mm Kiwi format.
◈ Gen 3 SOLAS IR Retro-Reflective Material
Uses mil-spec SOLAS IR retro-reflective material. Economy IR materials reflect both visible and infrared light — they can appear reflective under normal lighting conditions. Gen 3 covert IR reflects only in the infrared spectrum, remaining visually subdued to the naked eye. When illuminated by the IR emitter of a night-vision device, the material retro-reflects infrared light directly back to the source — identifiable through NVDs for IFF, with no visible-light signature.
